Interested in advancing your yoga practice with inversions?
Come take this workshop with Diana Sophia and learn the safe and proper way to get into poses like hand stand, forearm stand and headstand.
She will guide this 2 hour workshop where you will learn how to balance, get in and out of each pose and feel the benefits of each one.
If you have attended a previous inversions workshop, come ready to learn new tips and if this is your first time, you will receive the basic knowledge to get upside down!!
Bring a mat, towel and water, we have props in the studio, but if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to do so.
Cost is $30 per person, members receive a discount.
