DO I NEED TO CALL OR SIGN UP BEFORE CLASS?

Yes, due to recent scheduling changes after our re-opening, we do encourage that you sign up online or through our app so we have a head count since space is limited. Early registration is helpful because it is first come first serve for walk-ins. Walk-ins are still welcome but we cannot guarantee we will have an open spot in class. Please arrive 5-10 min before the class of your choice to allow for time to fill out New Student paperwork, follow new post-Covid 19 protocols and to get situated.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE ARRIVAL POLICY?

We offer a 3 minute grace period after class start time. We know life can get very busy and we want to make sure we give extra time to get to class. After the grace period, we do not allow students to walk into the room primarily for safety reasons (tripping over props, lack of space for a mat, etc.) but also to respect the instructor and students’ time who are ready to begin class. We offer classes throughout the day, so we invite our students who couldn’t make it to class, to possibly come back for the next class offered. We ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class, if possible, to have ample time to set up your space in class and be ready to begin your practice.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASS?

We ask that if you know you won’t be able to make it to class, please cancel at least 4 hours in advance. We do have a $10 “no-show” fee for all classes and it will be automatically charged if you don’t come for class. Our classes have limited space due to new social distancing rules and we have a waitlist of students wanting to take class, we want to make sure we all do our part to be mindful of others’ practice and if you are not attending class, to allow others to register.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please dress in comfortable exercise clothes (barefoot in Yoga classes and workout shoes for some fitness classes). Bring a small hand towel, water and a Yoga mat. Please avoid wearing lotion on hands and feet (which could cause you to slip) and strong perfume. We do not offer rental mats or towels for the time being, but we do offer mats and towels for purchase in our boutique. These measures have been taken for hygienic reasons. If you own any props like weights, blocks, straps, blankets or bolsters and you wish to bring them to use in class, please do so.


DO YOU OFFER SPECIALS FOR NEW STUDENTS?

We offer 1 Week Unlimited Classes for $35 or 1 Month Unlimited Classes for $59. These packages include in-studio as well as digital classes.


WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?

Monday through Friday we offer 6 am Sunrise Vinyasa class Digital Only and our studio opens from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and 4 pm to 8:00 pm. On weekends we are open 8:00 am -1:30 pm.


WHAT CHANGING FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

We have restrooms and changing rooms for men and women in the locker rooms but at this moment, our locker rooms are closed due to sanitation policies, but we do have our restrooms available for use.

I AM PREGNANT, WHEN CAN I START PRENATAL YOGA?

As with any exercise during pregnancy, you should always get the green light from your OB-GYN before starting Yoga. We recommend that you start with Prenatal Yoga after your first trimester. Check out our PRENATAL YOGA page to get all your questions answered!


WHERE DO I PARK?

Street side parking is available in front of our studio and we have the parking lot on the back side as well.
