Our 200-Hour Teacher Training with Ana Hutz, E-RYT 500 is ideal for aspiring instructors and yoga students who want to deepen their practice. Students will gain knowledge in not just yoga philosophy principles but on areas like anatomy, alignment, doctrines, and in the art of teaching a well-rounded yoga class. They will learn everything they need to go out and share the gift of yoga with the world.

September is our owner Ana’s birthday month so every year she celebrates it by having a fundraiser birthday party where everyone is invited and all the funds go towards Pediatric Cancer research and aid since September is Pediatric Cancer Month.
This year since Ana is traveling for her 40th birthday and will not be home in September, she will celebrate it in October which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and she is dedicating this year to our student Trina Sarmiento who is also celebrating her birthday in late September and who is currently battling stage 4 breast cancer.
On Friday October 13 we will have our anniversary party from 5 to 9 pm in the studio. There will be food, drinks, vendors and lots of FUN just like Namaste Fitness knows how!!
