Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training

Yoga Sculpt is a combination of Vinyasa Yoga and strength training. It is a challenging format that is intended for students looking to strengthen their yoga practice and combine it with fitness moves to build endurance and body awareness through the use of weights, cardio, functional movement, and core work.

This 70-hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training lead by owner and Fitness and Yoga instructor Ana Hutz, E-RYT-500, will help you develop a deeper understanding of the physical strength combined with the resilience of the mind. Through practice teaching, anatomy, asana clinics, cue and sequencing sessions, learning to count to the beat and how to create synchronized music playlists, hands-on assisting, weight lifting techniques and Yoga foundations, you will gain the confidence to create a well-rounded Yoga Sculpt class for your students.

You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program.

This in-depth training is open to 200hr. + certified Yoga instructors.


Often described as the mother of all props, the Yoga wall is an incredible tool with multiple applications and uses particularly in the growing field of Yoga Therapy.

Socalyogawalls training's are uniquely designed to provide an appropriate and adequate amount of contact hours given the depth, quality and volume of material covered.

The Instructor, Jason Cull, B.A. C-IAYT, ERYT YACEP, will lead this comprehensive 40 hour training. He has been offering Yoga Wall Teacher Trainings, workshops and classes since 2007, both nationally and internationally, with all positive reviews from past trainees.


Early on in his Yoga training Jason was fortunate to have personally trained with one of the founders of the Great Yoga Wall®, Bryan Legere, a certified Iyengar instructor. Since that time he has refined, expanded, modernized and personally tailored his Yoga Wall Training program. He will always show much gratitude and respect for all he has learned particularly from Bryan as well as Rachel Krentzman PT, C-IAYT who offers extensive knowledge in the field of Back Health and Yoga Therapy.


Jason’s Comprehensive 40 hour Yoga Wall Training program has been efficiently designed to provide an appropriate and adequate amount of contact hours given the quality, depth and volume of material covered. He provides teaching demonstrations, sample classes sequences and online videos to aid his trainees making the experience move full circle. You will leave this training confident and prepared to start teaching.

Don’t be mistaken by the two weekend 20 hour format. There will be a lot of content and you will learn more than you ever imagined. This is a very hands-on, dynamic and demanding training. Jason asks that you please come prepared to learn. Those who commit and fully engage, will certainly leave feeling well trained, energized and inspired by all things Yoga Wall!

Yoga Wall Fundamentals® Level I- 20 Hours With a Hybrid Delivery.

(16 hours in person-2 hours virtual-2 hours self study required for a Teaching Certification)

  • The origin and history of the Yoga/rope wall and its unique uses and applications

  • Review of all the Yoga wall equipment and how to use it safely and efficiently while teaching others and practicing on your own.

  • Asana-Traditional standing poses, basic folds, twists, an introduction to backbends and inversions

  • Anatomy, biomechanics and alignment demonstration and discussion of multiple Asana for accurate and detailed instruction

200-Hr Vinyasa Teacher Training

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training is ideal for aspiring instructors and yoga students who want to deepen their practice. Students will gain knowledge in not just yoga philosophy principles but on areas like anatomy, alignment, doctrines, and in the art of teaching a well-rounded yoga class. They will learn everything they need to go out and share the gift of yoga with the world.

In addition to Vinyasa, we will have introductions to Yoga Walls, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga.

Ana is the founder and co-owner of Namaste Fitness. She is a 500-Hr E-RYT certified Yoga Teacher, YACEP, RPYT, BootyBarre™ and bbarreless™ instructor, TRX instructor, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Basi Pilates, Prenatal Yoga RPYT, Connected Warriors Yoga, Yoga Wall and Yoga Sculpt certified instructor as well. Working on receiving her 100 Hr Ashtanga Yoga Certification.
Her passion for helping others in their wellness journey comes from her love for her family. After having her second child in 2013 and leaving her corporate job to be a full-time mom, she started practicing Yoga with the intention to get back in shape, but she quickly realized that yoga is not just about the physical but the emotional and spiritual connection and growth too. It helped her discover her purpose to inspire others to live a healthy, clean and mindful life which is the key to happiness.

Ana is also an advocate for animals, she works every day on spreading the message that kindness is for all species, because we all deserve to live a happy and peaceful life.

Jason began practicing Yoga in 1997 and teaching in 2007. After taking his first class, he left feeling inspired to learn more about yoga and to continue evolving in his practice. He knew from that day forward, Yoga would always be a part of his life. In 2007, after completing his 200 hour training, Jason was trained and certified by the founder of the Great Yoga Wall, Brian Legere, He also completed a 100 hour “Yoga for Happy Backs” training with Rachel Krentzman-P.T.,C-I.A.Y.T. The use of the Yoga wall blended with the “Happy Back” training really resonated with him and more specifically the growing field of Yoga Therapy. Jason now specializes in “Healthy Back” Yoga Wall classes and also trains and certifies other Yoga instructors nationally and internationally on how to use the Yoga Wall.

His classes are diverse and incorporate many styles and techniques accessible to all levels and abilities.

Slava Kolpakov is originally from Krasnoyarsk, a city in Siberia, Russia. He has lived in the United Stated since 1996.

Slava is a yoga philosophy teacher, author, musculoskeletal bodyworker, and a founder of multiple holistic health businesses.

He grew up in the Soviet Union with yoga-practicing parents, and met his teachers, Swami Satchidananda and Swami Asokananda in 2000 and 2002 respectively, in New York City.

He has been a yoga teacher since 2002, completing several integral yoga certifications, and the 750-hour Structural Yoga Therapy training in 2005.

He started teaching yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute, in NYC, in 2002, and was given the name Surya by his yoga teacher, the late Yoga Master Swami Satchidananda, the founder of Integral Yoga.

Slava wrote Threads of Light, a book of yoga stories and practices, and is a guest instructor at multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings around Boston, MA, and teaches "Yoga Philosophy and the Yoga Sutras", "Pranayama and Yogic Energy Practices", and "Yoga for Athletes, Stability, and Injury Prevention".

In addition, to his yoga background, Slava has been a Neuromuscular Therapist and Thai Massage Therapist since 2005. He has been leading Thai Massage Teacher since 2009.

He is the founder of East West Massage Therapy in Boston, MA, and a running coach and tour guide withIconic San Diego Running Tours.

Julieta was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. She is a mom of a beautiful girl, a wife, a daughter, sister, friend, and someone that keeps learning about life everyday.

She grew up playing tennis since she was 9 years old. She played trying to be a professional tennis player, and even if she didn’t get to be a pro, she played for the tennis team in College (Laredo Community College and Harding University).
She got a degree in Print Journalism (Media) and was lucky enough to work in the field for 20 years (Radio/TV).

Now her focus is in the world of Yoga, which has helped her learn so many things. It saved her from difficult times. The way yoga and the studio made her feel the first time, was enough to want to share it with the world.
She graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in July 2020 and then Yoga Sculpt Training in 2022 at Namaste Fitness, which was one of the most beautiful experiences of her life. 

Now she's our studio Manager, Vinyasa Teacher, Power Yoga Teacher, Yin and Chakra Yoga Teacher and Yoga Sculpt Teacher as well.


Sergio, E-RYT 200 is a Medical Doctor from Mexico City and has been practicing and helping others in their journey in Yoga and healing since 2011.
He's enthusiastic about wellness and the therapeutic and preventive benefits of Yoga and other practices like Reiki and Acupuncture.
He has experienced healing and numerous benefits through these practices which makes him want to share them with as many humans as he can.
He tries his best to make the practice accessible to everyone, considering the individual's needs, capabilities and expectations.
He believes that personalized teaching/practice can be achieved in a group setting so that every student can benefit from the practice of yoga.

Jasmine Li will leave you feeling as if you have flirted with gravity and laughed with the divine. Students are instantaneously transported away from the hustle of their daily lives, allowing their mat to be an arena reserved for cultivating inner peace. Jasmine is certified to teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Barre, Yoga Sculpt and Pilates.

Her teaching combines thorough understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement. She engages deeply with her students and her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, creating a safe space to have fun and explore, work hard yet find softness. Jasmine strives to push the importance of self-care for people of all ages. She is passionate about creating workouts that help address, educate, enlighten, and support her students. It’s her mission to release limiting beliefs to illuminate everyone’s best selves through movement and mindful practices.


30-Hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Join us for Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Ana Hutz E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, PYRT this October!
In this training we will cover a wide variety of topics to provide you with a well-rounded experience so you can deliver a mindful, intentional and safe Yin Yoga class.

What we will learn:

-The concepts that make up Yin Yoga and what makes this style of yoga different from others. 

-Philosophy of Yin Yoga.

-Pranayama and Meditation
-Anatomy and physiology, and how to adapt the practice to different bodies.
-Yin Yoga postures, breakdown, "Yin names", variations and modifications.

-The use of props and mindful adjustments.
-Benefits of Yin Yoga.

-Basic intro to Restorative Yoga and how it differs from Yin Yoga.
-Subtle Body breakdown: Meridians, Chakra system, Nadis.
-Sequencing  and "cueing" Yin Yoga classes.

-How to teach Yin Yoga to different populations.

This training is open both for Yoga Teachers and everyone else. Yoga Teachers receive CEUs from Yoga Alliance once all requirements are met.

Manual will be provided as well as book list and a special treat from Namaste Fitness to make your own practice better.
