Ready to practice poses that build strength, help you improve your balance and more body awareness and are also fun to do??

Well, we have an Arm Balance Workshop with Andre Harris.

Join us on Saturday November 21st from 1:30-3:30 pm for this practice where you will learn the basic techniques to be able to find your balance and hold poses as you fly. You will also learn cool ways to transition from one pose to another as you find your balance.


If you’ve been taking vinyasa and Rocket classes and are interested in advancing your practice by breaking down the ways to get there, sign up for this workshop and meet us here!!

Space is limited. Cost is $35 per person, member discounts apply.

Bring a mat and anything else you need for your practice (water, towel, etc).
