The Second Spring Women's Wellness Series (8 sessions)
The second spring is a hormone-informed women's wellness series designed to address common physical and emotional changes experienced during perimenopause and menopause in midlife.
This program integrates yoga, breath work, educational talks and Traditional Chinese Medicine. (TCM)-informed practices to support the body as an interconnected system.
Each session focuses on one core theme such as metabolism, nervous system regulation, core stability, emotional balance or long-term strength.
This program will offer TCM perspectives including seasonal self-care, acupressure, herbal concepts and guided use of tools such as moxibustion offering practical, embodied ways to work with the body rather than against it.
