
Yoga for Athletes with Cris Muro
This two hour workshop with Cris Muro is designed for: endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, swimmers), weightlifters, martial artists and sports athletes such as tennis, basketball and soccer.
The Yoga flow and poses are strategically sequenced for mind body awareness, injury prevention, getting stronger in new ways, focusing on breathwork, balance, flexibility, joint strength, mobility and muscle engagement with hands on adjustments and modifications depending on student.
