DO I NEED TO CALL OR SIGN UP BEFORE CLASS?

No, it is not necessary to pre-register for any of our classes but we do encourage that you sign up online or through our app so we have a head count and space is limited. Early registration is helpful because it is first come first serve for walk-ins. Come in about 15 min before the class of your choice to allow for time to fill out New Student paperwork and get situated.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE ARRIVAL POLICY?

We give a 3 minute grace period after scheduled class time. We understand that life gets busy so we want to make sure we give our students some extra time to make it to class. We do ask that students arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class to leave their items in the locker room, use restrooms, and get ready to start class. Once the 3 minutes pass, students are not allowed in class as a way to prevent any accidents to the student and to respect the other studentsโ€™ time and space.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS?

We ask that students cancel their class reservation at least 4 hours in advance to avoid the $15 fee. Any students that do not attend class will be charged a $15 fee. The space in classes is limited and often have a waitlist, so we want to be mindful of students that want to attend by cancelling in advance and allowing others to enroll for class.

For workshops, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, after that there are no refunds, credits or partial refunds.

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS PACKAGE POLICY?

10 class packages expire in 90 days and 20 class packages expire in 180 days. Once expired, students may repurchase the remaining expired classes for $10 each. This can be a partial or full repurchase.

WHAT IS YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP POLICY?

1. Each annual membership is for one person only and is non-transferable.

2. Credit card is billed once for the full amount listed above.

3. No refunds or partial refunds will be given once Annual Membership has been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, any instance of Participant: not attending offered classes, not utilizing additional annual membership benefits, relocating their primary residence further away from Namaste Fitness facilities, accepting a change in hours of employment or other responsibility effecting Participantโ€™s ability to attend regularly scheduled classes, experiencing an injury that requires rest to heal, taking one or more vacations during the membership period. Furthermore, Namaste Fitness is not responsible for cancellation of, modifications to, or reductions in planned classes or annual member benefits due to weather, government restrictions, acts of God or any other unforeseeable event.

4. Annual Membership cannot be terminated nor frozen once activated.

5. Membership Activation Date must be within 90 days of purchase date.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS?

Membership may be terminated at any time, however memberships terminated before the 6th automatic payment will be charged a $69 early termination fee. Member must provide a written 30-day notice for termination. Any scheduled automatic payments that occur within the 30-day notice period will be processed as scheduled. Termination requests must be submitted in writing by completing a Membership Termination Request Form in person OR by sending an email to service@namastefitness.com. All requests will be reviewed, and acceptance will be provided in writing. Membership benefits, including access to classes, will continue through the expiration date of paid membership. Early Termination fee is waived for military deployment or relocation; documentation is required. Early termination fees do not apply to Kids Yoga membership nor Childcare membership.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please dress in comfortable exercise clothes (barefoot in Yoga classes and workout shoes for some fitness classes). Bring a small hand towel, water and a Yoga mat if you own one. Please avoid wearing lotion on hands and feet (which could cause you to slip) and strong perfume. We have mats available for rent, but in general we encourage students to purchase their own mats for hygienic reasons.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIALS FOR NEW STUDENTS?

We offer 1 Week of Unlimited Classes for $40 or 1 Month of Unlimited Classes for $69. This is available for First time students.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?

Monday through Friday we offer 5 am and 6 am Sunrise classes, and then we open from 8 am to 1:30 pm (some days we open at 7 am) and 3:45 pm to 8:30 or 9 pm and on weekends we are open 6:30 am -1:30 pm.

WHAT CHANGING FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?

We have restrooms and changing rooms for men and women in the locker rooms. We offer locker rooms where you can leave your personal belongings, you are welcome to bring your own lock.

I AM PREGNANT, WHEN CAN I START PRENATAL YOGA?

As with any exercise during pregnancy, you should always get the green light from your OB-GYN before starting Yoga. We recommend that you start with Prenatal Yoga after your first trimester. Check out our PRENATAL YOGA page to get all your questions answered!

WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?

Our Otay Location in located at 2015 Birch Rd. Ste 217 Chula Vista, CA 91915 in the Otay Ranch Town Center mall.

Our Eastlake Location is located at 2334 Proctor Valley Rd. 101-A Chula Vista, CA 91914 in the Shops at San Miguel Ranch shopping center.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Street side parking is available in front of our studios and we have the parking lot on the back side for our Otay Location as well. Front parking in Otay has a fee.
