The Handstand Workshop

If you enjoy going upside down, challenging yourself to advance in your physical practice of inversions and you want to learn great tips and tools to help you be more efficient in your handstand, this Workshop with Andre Harris is perfect for you.

Join us on Saturday December 12 from 1:30-3:30 pm for this handstand practice where you will learn techniques to be able to find your balance as you go upside down on your hands.

You'll learn proper warm up, finger control, core support, alignment, handstand drills, entry to handstand and handstand spotting.


If you’ve been taking our advanced vinyasa and our Rocket classes and you can successfully stay upside down on head, forearms or hands, or you already have a solid handstand practice but want to learn more ways to enhance it, this is the workshop for you.

This is NOT a workshop for beginners or those who are working on going upside down since it will dive deeper into the mechanics of the handstand and not so much on the inversion itself.

Space is limited. Cost is $35 per person, member discounts apply.

Bring a mat and anything else you need for your practice (water, towel, etc).
