Journey to Splits Workshops

Do you feel as though your hamstrings and hips are stubborn?

The full splits is a pose so many of us want to try, but it can feel so unachievable.

This workshop is designed to help you focus on the breath, ground your energy, and feel grateful for the body you have. We will practice different approaches to the splits and enjoy the journey of hard work and acceptance.

The flow prepared by our amazing instructor Jasmine allows you to put all your hard work together and stretch into full splits.

What you’ll learn:


The role of hamstrings, adductors (inner thighs), and the breath.

Exercises to strenghthen (and stretch) your internal and external hip rotation.

Active flexibility drills for half splits and full splits as well as middle splits.

How to use props to maximize your practice.

Leg stretching routine you can follow-along to keep working on your splits after the workshop.

There are no pre-requisites for this workshop, whether you’re just an inch away or twenty inches away from the floor, you’re welcome to come learn!

Bring fuzzy socks, mat, comfortable clothes and water.
