This workshop with senior Teacher Training faculty Slava Kolpakov, which is part of our 200 Hr Teacher Training sessions that have been open to the public, combines guided breathing techniques with mindfulness to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and boost physical health.

We will cover techniques like Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, and Bhramari breathing, alongside techniques like seated meditation, Chakra awareness, and yoga philosophy.

Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Techniques: Participants often learn to manage stress via Kapalabhati (shining skull breath), Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), and Ujjayi (ocean breath).


Mental & Physical Health: Workshops aim to calm the mind, enhance emotional regulation, boost the immune system, and improve sleep.


Structure: we will combine preparatory movement (asana), deep breathing (pranayama), and seated meditation (dhyana).
