Join Ingrid Rubio on Saturday December 5 at 11 am as she leads 108 Sun Salutations and a sacred cacao ceremony in our Eastlake Location.
If you've never practiced a 108 Salutation flow, this is your opportunity to experience it and become fully immersed in the amazing energy of the breath-to-movement flow.
The ceremonial cacao will help open our hearts, ground our intentions, and connect us deeply to our bodies.
From that space of connection, we will move through 108 Sun Salutations together, cultivate dedication and shift stagnant energy.
Whether you complete all 108 or rest in Child's Pose, your presence and energy are what matter.
