Join us on Saturday August 15 for Paddleboard Pilates at 8 am and at 10 am!!
We are partnering with local business Chula Vista Water Sports to bring you this fun summer series.
Paddle Board Pilates is, like the name says, Pilates performed on a Paddle Board while on the water.
Paddle Board Pilates introduces you to a full body workout while enjoying the experience of floating on water.
This activity combines moves that can be adjusted to the experience of the participants according to their abilities and prior experience with Pilates.
If you're looking for a new challenge, pilates on a stand up paddle board will make you work a little harder than on solid land, while becoming the fun highlight of your weekend.
All levels welcome, wear a swimsuit in case you decide to go in the water (by choice or not), bring a towel and sunscreen. Life vests are provided, you can leave your belongings in the car if you'd like, and if you need a waterproof phone case, they have them there for $5.
Cary will make sure she gives you the burn while floating on water.
If you have your own paddle board, you can bring it, just message us for pricing on that.
