September is our owner Ana’s birthday month so every year she celebrates it by having a fundraiser birthday party where everyone is invited and all the funds go towards Pediatric Cancer research and aid since September is Pediatric Cancer Month.
This year since Ana is traveling for her 40th birthday and will not be home in September, she will celebrate it in October which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and she is dedicating this year to our student Trina Sarmiento who is also celebrating her birthday in late September and who is currently battling stage 4 breast cancer.
Trina is a young beautiful wife to Rudy and mom to Maliyah and she is part of the Namaste Fitness family. The day before her last birthday in 2022 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Ever since then Trina has fought harder than she ever had and overcame a series of very difficult moments. She is not currently working due to her illness but medical expenses have not stopped, they have actually increased as you could imagine. We want to help make this journey a little bit easier for her and her family.
Ana met Trina only a few months ago and life took care of positioning things in a way to make this event happen.
On Sunday October 15 Ana will teach a 75 minute Yoga Sculpt class and 100% of the funds will go to Trina!
Tickets are $40 and include the class, bubbles and of course, Birthday cake.

Cancer is a cause close to our hearts and we know that one person alone may not make a huge impact but together we can move mountains. Cancer knows no age, sex, color, religion or economic status, it comes and tries to take everything away from us but we won’t allow it.
We will also be partnering with Lululemon for raffles to all attendees!
