Sweat with your bestie or loved one and sip after class!!
Bring your pal to HIIT class or come by yourself and make a friend or two, and finish it off with some LOVEly refreshments and snacks!
This 75 minute class will include partner exercises and individual resistance and interval training.
Challenge each other in a super fun workout and celebrate your winnings with sweet treats after class.
Bring a towel, mat, water and tennis shoes!!
