Join us on Sunday August 18 for SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) Yoga!!

Paddle Board Yoga is, like the name says, Yoga performed on a Paddle Board.
Paddle Board Yoga introduces you to a unique yoga experience while enjoying the splendor of floating on water.

This activity combines asanas that can be adjusted to the experience of the participants, according to their abilities and prior experience with Yoga. If you're looking for a new challenge, yoga on a stand up paddle board will reinvigorate you and become the highlight of your weekend.

Open for beginners and seasoned yogis, wear a swimsuit in case you decide to go in the water (by choice or not) and if you have your own paddle board, you can bring it.

Class starts at 12, meet us at 11:45 am at 1450 Harbor Island Dr., Dock D. At the Sea lion fountain in front.

Parking is available on the street or paid parking at Marina or Sheraton next door.

Cost $35 per person.
