Prepare For Your First Class

• Check-in 15 minutes before the class of your choice to allow for time to fill out New Student paperwork and get situated.
• Dress in comfortable exercise clothes; barefoot in Yoga classes, grip socks for Barre and Pilates and workout shoes for some fitness classes (see class descriptions for details).
• Bring a small hand towel, water and a Yoga mat if you own one.
• Place all personal belongings in a locker; keys, phone, purse, wallet, jacket and shoes.

Studio Accommodations

• We offer locker rooms where you can leave your personal belongings. You are welcome to bring your own lock or use one of ours.
• We have changing areas for men and women in the locker rooms and individual restrooms.
• Yoga mats and hand towels are available for rent or you can purchase your own mat and towel in our boutique. Ask us how you can save 25% off your first retail purchase.
• Our studio is fully equipped with all the props you’ll need for each of our classes; weights, bands, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc.
• On-site childcare is available while you take class, see pricing for details.

HOURS: Monday through Friday we offer 6 am Sunrise Vinyasa class and then we open from 8:15 am to 1:00 pm and 3:45 pm to 8:00 pm and on weekends we are open 8:00 am -12:30 pm.
