Wednesday Introduction: Meet Corrine Sharp @seesharrp, RYT 200. She discovered yoga when she was 15. It was a whole summer dedicated to practicing headstands in her back yard. She didn’t return to a regular practice until yoga served as the much needed balance to a military lifestyle. Corrine received her 200 hour training from Yoga Breeze in Bali in 2018.
She teaches a Vinyasa style that focuses on both the physical and subtle body. Her students experience the flow of prana, music and message, set to the firm foundations of asana and alignment.
She will teach Friday morning’s, Vinyasa 1 and Saturday’s Sunrise Vinyasa and Vinyasa 1. You can also find her some days at our front desk helping clients.
Come take her classes, her energy is amazing and her smile is always radiant. Happy to have her as part of the Namaste Fitness family.

Trying to stay warm in this cold San Diego weather?!? We have just the thing for you!
We offer heated classes throughout the day in our infrared-heated room. Using this type of heat instead of blowing hot air in the room, prevents your nose and mouth from feeling dry and sore, we also have humidifiers to add even more moisture to the air. We have Heated Vinyasa 1 and 2 (range between 85 - 96 degrees), Heated Hatha (between 96 - low 100’s), and Yoga Sculpt (90-95).
We also offer non-heated but HEAT-BUILDING classes like, @barralates, TRX, Vinyasa, Tai Chi, @bootybarre and in a couple of weeks, Pilates Suspension Method @pilates949.
Our less vigorous classes don’t fall behind when it comes to building heat inside the body, we have Gentle Vinyasa and Chair Yoga; and we even have classes where using blankets is encouraged (yasss 🙌🏼) like Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
Don’t fear the winter chill and don’t let it stop you from achieving your wellness goals. And if you usually workout outdoors, come take a class and see how good it feels to practice indoors too.
Once you take class and you create your own heat, you won’t even need that hot drink after all. See you in class! Happy Tuesday!

Happy Monday everyone!!
In only 4 days we say “See you later” to our sweet Marcia @being_in_bliss 😢✈️❤️
She will be traveling to India, Cambodia and other exciting and beautiful destinations to continue her yoga journey to learn, explore and deepen her relationship with herself and to be able to offer more to those around her.
We are so grateful for the time that she spent with us, we are grateful for all the love everyone showed her and we are excited for her return before the year is over.
Come see her this week, she will be teacher all her classes until Thursday February 21, her last class will be Sunrise Vinyasa that day. Classes will have new coverage, we will still see you on the mat.
Her beautiful energy will be missed, but we know she will come back with even more amazing, loving and healing energy next time she’s here.

Valentine’s Day morning crew 😍😍😍!
These ladies knew how to start this cold rainy Valentine’s Day: with a nice Heated Hatha class 🌡
Diana Sophia rocked not just the class, but check out those heart pants 😍😍
In this pic we see pure LOVE. One of these ladies has been doing yoga every day as a personal challenge since December, and she’s been doing amazing, we love having her energy in our studio.
Another one of them started slow, a bit fearful of how she would feel taking classes; she went from a gentle vinyasa when she started, to now taking Yoga Sculpt!!!
That just shows you their passion, dedication, and imminent self-love.
Everyone here has a story, just like everyone else that walks through our doors; our job is to provide a safe space where their own passion, determination and will to grow, can take over.
