Located in the heart of Bali, Soulshine is a jungle paradise - surrounded by rice terraces, ancient temples and a beautiful river that runs along the edge of the property. They are also a working organic farm that provides the freshest food daily to their restaurant.

Relax in the spa, take daily dips in their 3 infinity pools, go down the water slide, practice yoga in gorgeous shalas, take walks on the river path, cooking classes, hang out at the lounge and explore the beauty of the natural fauna and flora of the area.

Ana carefully chooses the locations for each retreat because of their beauty, charm and magic. She chose Bali in 2025 for the first time because it’s a tropical paradise with stunning beaches, lush landscapes, and a vibrant culture. The experience of the retreat was so magical and the feedback from our guests was so amazing that she chose to return to Soulshine and bring more students so they can experience this incredible place. Bali offers a unique blend of natural beauty, spirituality, and adventure that appeals to travelers from all over the world so it was the perfect spot to get lost away from the daily routine and a place to be immersed in the gifts the universe has to offer.

Balinese culture is, at its core, communal; village life is the most important social glue. It comes naturally to the Balinese to have a wide friendship network and to consider friends as family, and this is very impactful and touching for us visitors from big cities in modern countries where possessions are the new social status. In Bali, it’s people, not possessions, that matter most. In our wellness retrats, we build friendships and long lasting relationships that help us heal, grow and thrive.

In this retreat, Ana will take you through a journey of spiritual, physical and emotional exploration so you can build brighter, stronger and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and those who are part of your life.

Our retreat is for students of all levels, those interested in furthering their practice, and for those seeking to improve their wellness. Students will have access to all-levels Yoga and Fitness classes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Upon booking, guests will be contacted by a member of our retreat coordinating team to confirm reservation details and to gather all information necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Retreat participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Bali Airport. Ground transportation from the airport to the resort is included and will be coordinated by our on-site transportation team. Guests arriving prior to, or departing after the scheduled retreat days may incur additional costs.

In order to attend this retreat, all guests are required to sign our waiver of liability specific to Retreats and Events. The inability or unwillingness to sign this waiver will prevent the guest from attending the retreat and the guest will be subject to the refund policy stated below.

Retreat booking is 50% non-refundable. If Participant is unable to attend the retreat and cancels by December 31, 2025, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price. After December 31, 2025, retreat purchase is no longer refundable. Any requests to cancel the retreat reservation must be submitted in writing via email to service@namastefitness.com
