In May's Breathwork workshop we are calling in peace. We'll be using the breath to release and make space to experience more peace and serenity in our lives. We'll explore practices that can help us embody and experience peace even amidst what is going on externally.
What is Breathwork?
It is a form of active meditation. A two-part breathe done laying on your back. Over time the breathe can induce physical sensations or an emotional activation. Breathwork allows the person to be their own healer and to release stagnant energy, emotions, stress, or trauma from the body. Everyone’s experience is unique but one can leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected to themselves.
During our time together you can expect:
Introduction to theme: Peace and Essential Oils for Peace
Invocation of the cardinal directions, elements, and our guides
Breathwork Ceremony with Music
Group share: safe space to share anything that came up for you during the Breathwork
Items to bring:
Optional: sacred object for the altar, eye pillow.
