Move and Restore Workshop

Want to enjoy some time to yourself moving through a heat building practice followed by pure relaxation and rest?

Join Alexis for an hour of candlelight heated Hatha practice followed by a 45 minute Yoga Nidra class.

The combination of these two yoga styles will get you in tune with your body by focusing on breathing with intention to help you ground and find stability, through Hatha flow, followed by Yoga Nidra where you will find stillness and complete connection of mind, body and soul.

Sunday October 25 from 4 to 6 pm.

Hatha Yoga will be the first hour, followed by a 15 minute break to freshen up, change or enjoy some snack, then a 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice.

Bring any props you wish to use like blocks, blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye pillows, essential oils, and a change of clothes if you wish to change from Hatha class.

Cost $40 per person, member discounts apply.

Space is limited, masks required upon entry and in common areas, temperature checks done at the door.
