In this Breathwork workshop we will explore the theme of self-love and compassion. We will uncover ways we can deepen our care for self. We will then move forward with a breathwork ceremony, where we will be able to release what is no longer serving us, deepening our self-love and commitment to self, and receive healing.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a form of active meditation. It is a two-part breath and done continuously laying flat on your back. Over time the breather may begin to feel sensations in their body. Breathwork allows the person to be their own healer and to release any stagnant energy, emotions, or trauma that has been stuck in the body. Everyone's experience is unique but one can leave feeling lighter, inspired and more connected to themselves.
During our time together you can expect:
-Grounding meditation
-Examining self-love and compassion through discussion and activity
-Opening sacred space by invoking the cardinal directions, elements, and our guides
-Breathwork Ceremony with Music
-Group share: a safe space to share anything that came up for you during breathwork
