Rejuvenation Breathwork is a set of specific breathing exercises based on ancient Yogic Pranayamas (breath techniques) combined with modern science understanding of how oxygen and carbon dioxide moderate health and aging.
This method includes exercises that cleanse and tone the digestive system; strengthen the respiratory and cardiovascular systems by optimizing blood flow to the lungs, the cranium, the brain, the skin of the face and the scalp; and raise one’s subtle energy (Prana) to assist with meditative states.
This workshop is part of our Yoga Teacher Training curriculum but we are opening a few spots to the public that is interested in learning these healing techniques and use them for themselves or their loved ones.
Saturday May 21, 1-3 pm.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will learn how to induce the relaxation response, regulate our heart rate and body temperature, tone and rejuvenate internal organs, strengthen our lungs and immune system, and promote an overall state of mental peace and well-being.
Slava will share how modern science explains these ancient practices and their health benefits.
Cost: $50
