Join Athena for a friendly and fun time on the Yoga Wall, perfect for first timers and experienced practitioners.
The Yoga Wall is easily adjustable for all bodies and can help find support in postures, increase mobility in all major joints, and safely explore inversions while creating space between the vertebrae.
This workshop will incorporate yoga poses to release tension in the entire body and you will learn how to properly utilize the straps, harness and blocks - you may also grow a bit taller by hanging upside down.
Come enhance your practice with one of yoga’s most amazing and versatile props, the Yoga Wall.
Space is limited, please bring water, a towel and anything else you need to be comfortable.
