Jasmine Mullins, MSW is the psychotherapist, coach, and reiki healer whose mission is empowering people to live their most authentic and divine life. She has dedicated 15+ years leading health care organizations in championing for the well-being of the under-served, medically complex communities gain access to mental and medical health care. Through her direct work as a therapist and reiki healer she helps clients heal and develop the tools to navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, depression and get through major life transitions. Beyond her professional prowess, she's a joyful mom to a spirited three-year-old and proud partner of a veteran. When not in her healing haven, Namaste, Jasmine and her clan are on a quest for the tastiest treats and grandest adventures across San Diego County.
