Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and seasonal mindfulness, Persimmon Bliss weaves together:


*Gentle Yin Yoga for grounding and relaxation
*A hands-on Persimmon Moxa Ball craft (艾灸锤) — symbolizing warmth and abundance
*A tea ritual with seasonal herbal blends
*Shared reflection on body awareness, emotions, and feminine energy

We’ll sit together on soft mats, surrounded by candlelight and scent of herbs — creating space to nourish both body and spirit before winter arrives.
