If you've never practiced a 108 Salutation flow, this is your opportunity to experience it and become fully immersed in the amazing energy of the breath-to-movement flow of this Vinyasa sequence.

At the end of the ceremony, students are free to share their experiences and end with the closing ceremony traditions of tying a ribbon on your wrist. You will learn more about this in class.
