As important as it is to our physical and mental well-being to be strong it is not muscular strength that gives us the feeling of ease and lightness in the body; it is the flexibility of the joints, of the connective tissue.
Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints. This form of yoga is a perspective shift, it is as much a mental practice as it is a physical practice, moving inwardly to find a balanced state of peace.
Join Cris Muro in this 2 hour workshop to explore the basics of yin, the healing of Sound Bath and enjoy aroma therapy that encourages the body to relax rather than engage.
She will explore the Chakras and use these energy centers to help the physical body move into full relaxation, release and restore.
