Join Ana on Sunday August 23 for a special rejuvenating day of Hot Pilates followed by a quick Cold Plunge and ending with Spa time to relax and recharge your mind and body.

The Hot Pilates class is designed to build core strength and muscle definition by moving through specific postures with the breath. Pilates helps improve coordination, alignment and joint stability. All levels are welcome.
The room will be heated, so bring a mat, towel, and water.
After the class, you'll have the option to dip in our ice bath for a quick cold plunge to optimize physical recovery, reduce muscle inflammation, and boost mental focus.
After that awakening of the senses, step into the room for a "Spa moment" of skin care, delicious drinks, snacks and the opportunity to rest, relax and feel pampered.
Each guest will receive a curated wellness gift bag filled with Ana's favorite skincare, supplements and other goodies to enjoy at home.
Bring a large towel for the cold plunge, we will have extras here as well as another set of clothes or swimsuit if you'd like to change.
